“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“The hotel is relatively new, and kept in good condition. The breakfast was really good and included in our room. The staff were excellent and really friendly. The location is great too and easily accesible to local transportation, ubers and great variety of shops and restaurants. The room would have benefitted from kettle and tea facilities, but otherwise it was spacious and great bathroom and shower pressure. We were provided with complimentary water daily. I would visit here again. The staff……

“This was located in a great spot. It’s close to cafes, shops and great places to eat. It’s only about a 20 minute walk to the heart of the city and most look out points and major attractions. The hotel was spacious and exactly as advertised. The breakfast was so lovely and highly recommended for one morning. I would visit here again! ”

“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……
