“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. “Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby.
During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more.
We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted.

“The room was clean and the location of hotel was really good. The hotel was renovated and staff were friendly. The AC was installed in the room and worked properly.
The room had downsides too. The beds were extremely small ( 65 cm - 70 cm which is below standard single beds (90 cm) ) - the mattress was made of spring and it was very jumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were high and stiff as well.
The property is built over a metro station so you hear and sense the vibration of train moving……
