“The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! It is truly a beautiful resort with breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent. The staff worked with me to accommodate my group and organize prepayment so that everyone could check in seamlessly. They were even willing to accommodate us with a late check out since our flight left later! I wish I could have tried the golf range because it looked so fun! I appreciate all the attentiveness we received from the staff and how……

“The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm……

“We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was good, and we also really appreciated the many free parking……

“The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and……
