It's perfect location, accesible to the airport shuttle as it is in front of the hotel . helpful staff. breakfast is okay. coffee machine is great. perfect bed, we slept like a log very comfy but the shampoo dispenser is not very clean same as chrome and window sill is muddy.. we are coming back and will recommend to friends as location wise very convenient, 8 mins walk away to sanctuary. Restaurant nd shops nearby. Thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful, especially Carlos. The hotel was reasonably within walking distance of the Sactuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

We had an unfortunate stay in this hotel. We believed that we had booked a room with individual beds, joined together, due to the photograph we had received when we made our booking, under 'room details'. Where that fault issued from, we still don't know. We did receive a message from the hotel saying that they didn't have a twin bedded room available, when we had already left the UK, but, as the picture showed two beds joined together we believed that we were still going to receive the room we had booked according to the photograph. However, we had to pay a further 70 euros for what was described to us by the manager as a 'deluxe room' in order to get the arrangement we thought that we had already booked. The only 'deluxe' feature that we could see, after comparing it with the room we had been assigned, was that it had more floor space to accommodate a large chair. The toilet door of our 'deluxe' room needed replacing, as did the sealant in the shower area. (Photographs included). The bathing area was very cramped. One reason for booking this hotel was for the use of the advertised spa. However we were informed that it was a private spa and guests had to pay to use it. The hotel is listed as 4 star but when comparing it to other 4 star hotels in the vicinity, like the Paradis and the Alba, we would not book this hotel in the future.

I was one night the room was clean and the Staff helpful.

We stayed at Le Moulin. It was perfect for our family of 4. Incredible views of the mountains, very safe, very clean. Well located, close to supermarket and pharmacy. We plan to come back!
