Great location & enjoy the bar area over looking Times Square

The hotel was fine, the service was great, but the house keeping was poor. The bathroom floor was dirty. It was dirty when we got our room and never cleaned. We had one bar of soap for 4 days. We were allowed to change our room early on in our stay for a sizable fee. The gentleman (Stanley), who assisted us in the move could not have been nicer, nor more agreeable. Over all I'd give the hotel a B .....

The place and staff are amazing! The only restaurant they have was so crowd everyday and I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast (6 to 9:45am), lunch or dinner. They require open table reservations even being a guest.
