Parking is available in the owners' courtyard (access via a narrow 2.34-meter passageway). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a bathroom, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a living room. Nearby attractions: Newly renovated city center (opening in June 2025): discover the new Halles Gourmandes, a modern space combining greenery, pedestrian walkways, and ponds. Historical and cultural heritage (between 700 m and 1 km on foot): Laval Castle and its keep - Museum of Naive and Singular Art - Saint-Julien washhouse - Art Deco shower baths - La Perrine Garden - Cathedral of the Holy Trinity & Notre-Dame d'Avesnières Basilica. Walks and nature (1 km away): Banks of the Mayenne River & towpath - Boat rentals and cruises.
