One block from the beach! Newly renovated home that has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus an outside shower and central air. Home is great for family fun and entertaining - fenced-in yard, very large deck, grill and outside shower. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. This home is on a quiet residential street with off-street parking. We will consider your request for a pet to join in on the vacation fun and request an additional pet fee and more information on your fur-family member. Just walk to the beach and relax! We discount our rates in the off-season (Fall, Winter, Early Spring). Sorry but we DO NOT rent to prom groups, graduation groups or parties under 25 years of age. We do not include beach badges. This house is perfectly located - one block to the left is a beautiful, clean, quiet beach and one block to the right was the bay, with a fantastic playground in the sand for the kids. We spent the morning on the playground and the afternoons on the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Theresa, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with.
