we didn't stay. the house was dirty, unmaintained, and not a place for children. tools, paint and many other items were left in the open in the '"stting room". the refrigerator had dozens of containers left from previous guests. the beds were not made, just old linens placed on the beds. Lovely beachfront property. We had amazingly warm 70 degree weather in April. The fenced in sand area just two steps down from the first floor deck was great for the kids.
