The property was at a great location and close to many restaurants. It’s a little boutique hotel and the staff was excellent. The air conditioning system could be better. It was very hot in our room and they tried to accommodate us by providing a fan, which helped cool the room while we slept.

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.
