Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

The receptionist was super friendly and respectful and the room (junior suite) was very roomy. The design was rich and luxurious feeling, and the bathroom was beautiful and well appointed.

Lovely hotel. Quadruple room actually had a double and two singles, which is quite unusual in France, I've found. Pool and hot tub both great. Good valua spa access for residents. Free parking available 2 min walk up the road. Great stay - thanks!

The way the room was arranged was really good as although the kids are still the same room they have their own area.

Clean comfy nice bed great sheets . Lovely friendly staff esp Julian. Good shower. Air conditioning good . Room is clean and quiet. Walking distance to everything.
