the check in was not easy after 9 pm they system electronic was not working i have to call 3 times to get my room @10pm was tired ,the bathroom was dirty ,room was a old smell

l'hygiène déplorable

C'était juste immonde, les douches et toilettes à vomir... La chambre était très propre par contre. Je ne remets pas en cause le travail des femmes de ménage, mais il est clair que certain(e)s client(e)s n'ont pas le sens de l'hygiène.. L'accueil était très bien, le personnel était très accueillant. Alerte à tous les propriétaires de chiens de petite taille j'ai vu deux individus suspects qui pourraient avoir volé des chiens. Si on vous a volé votre chien, je vous conseille de contacter la réception de l'hôtel qui a les noms des clients et les images des caméras de surveillance... du 10 au 13 août
