I’d love to give this property 5 stars but I can’t. The hotel is beautiful, great location, roof top patio but the air conditioning in our room didn’t work even after several attempts by maintenance to repair. Seeing as we went at the end of June it was quite warm. We did mention this to the front desk and as they were sold out they were unable to move us to another room. We were offered a fan to help but it really didn’t do much to cool the room. When we checked out the front desk inquired about our stay and we told them that it wasn’t great based on this and they apologized and asked if we would like to use the credit card on file to pay for our parking. Considering our experience we would have thought that the hotel would have compensated us with at least the parking. Disappointed to say the least.
