Einziges Manko: Hatten ein Zimmer neben der Rezeption und dort gibt es kaum gut isolierte Türen. In der Nacht leider extrem laut gewesen, es war als würde jemand neben einem stehen und sprechen. Hier könnte man nachbessern - alles andere jedoch herausragend!”

“They missed our cleaning and we had to remind them that no cleaning had been done the that they informed us that it would be. And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The reception told us that we could get new towels but that it would cost us 5 euro for each towel??? Even the small……

“Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. “The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“沒有電梯，不適合有大件行李的人。設備有些地方有損壞（浴室門把）。房間沒有熱水壺要到公共區拿回房間用後再拿回去放（公共區沒辦法裝水所以無法煮水）房間滿大的，老房子改建頗有趣。飯店很難見到員工，有問題時比較難及時得到回應。”
