The hotel is in a prime location, convenient to visit the sites, but quiet and comfortable. The staff is amazing. They are the most friendly, helpful, and pleasant hotel staff I’ve experienced. I will return to Toulouse, in part, just to stay at such a pleasant, well-run hotel.

We had an issue shortly after checking in. The reception offered 2 options and we were happy with the solution.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast/brunch buffet was amazing with tons of selections for dessert. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Toulouse.

We stayed there longer than expected because of the Air Canada strike. The staff were great and accommodating. The room was clean and attractive. The location is perfect. We did not use the restaurant but it looked fine.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.
