Only closets for hanging clothes was locked or filled with cleaning tools and supplies Shower and toilet are on the first level. Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. Very disappointed. When we arrived, we were lucky to find a kind waiter in an adjoining restaurant who spoke English and contacted the caretaker who works from home.
