The hotel was awesome. Great location! Clean!!!!! Close to resturants, beach, and the main street. You do have to park across the street for an extra fee. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I would stay again.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The blankets were very thin but they gave us more (thicker blankets) because we were cold. Very accommodating!

This was the perfect place right in the center of a large shopping area and restaurants. Perfect room with a great view of the sea and very quiet. Even though there is no parking on this property, a few feet away is a parking lot that charges 15.00 euros for 24 hours and there is always someone there until 11 pm.

This place seems really new or very recently renovated. It was very clean, room was spacious with a nice little kitchenette and balcony. Just be sure to stay in touch on your checkin time so that someone can let you in since there is not a regular front desk person.

The location of Smile Inn was perfect. Minutes to the local beach, shopping and dining areas. Clean, modern, and good size rooms. Only concern was the AC was not strong enough and can only be turned on when the key is in the slot - therefore can't be cooled for your return to the room (needed on 40 degree days!). Strength may have struggled due to heat, but would still stay again and recommend.

Modern, clean, well located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The front desk gal is very nice and helpful. She helped set up transport to the hotel and to one of our excursions. She was always available via whats app. The room was large. No shower door so it was unavoidable to splash water outside the shower. They remind you not to brush your teeth with the faucet water and provided a bottle of water. There is a small fridge and kettle. Tea cups and glasses but no cutlery. Luckily there was a wine bottle opener! Loved the location. We walked straight out to the beach where you can pay for a loungechair snd umbrella from different restaurants despite ordering food and drink.

Very clean, but sparse. It was more like sleeping in a hospital than a hotel. No staff on site except when we checked out which was what seems like a teenage girl who only took our key. Our key was left for us in an envelope on the counter at “check-in.” The mattress and pillow were very hard. They list their amenities as: air conditioning, housekeeping and WiFi, nothing else. To me those are basics not amenities. It is very close to restaurants and shops, that with the cleanliness may be the only good points.

Clean, convienient. Balcony with two chairs and table. Kettle and complimentary bottle of water. It has a fridge and a hob…. Not sure if the hob works? Only two mugs and glasses provided no plates or cutlery. But a good clean accommodation. Very convenient for local shingle beach, beach bars, all of Nidri, ferry to meganissi, day trips etc. Beds are quite firm but I prefer that to soft and saggy. Stayed here twice on our arrival now before getting ferry. Will expect to stay again. I’ve marked property condition as 5 but as I say for facilities there aren’t really any it’s rooms with balcony, potentially able to cook if hob works and you buy crockery, pots etc, nice big fridge, kettle. Sofia was helpful, maybe if you ask they can provide some???

Brand new property with nice, confortable, big beds and very clean room and bathroom. The hotelier was kind and eager to help us. It is better to doublecheck that the hotelier has received your reservation, since they had not noticed ours and as a result we had an unpleasant surprise the day of our arrival. Luckily, the hotelier received a last minute cancellation and we got our room. Finally, be prepared to find noone at the reception no matter the arrival time, so it is better to call the hotel in advance.

Struttura nuova. Molto pulita e con un’ottima posizione centrale. Unica pecca, malgrado abbia prenotato una stanza tripla, la stessa ci è stata concessa solo per 2 notti su 7 e poi ci è stato chiesto di spostarci in una doppia. Non necessitando del terzo letto abbiamo acconsentito richiedendo una compensation che però non ci è stata concessa. Non un ottimo trattamento in quanto abbiamo subito un downgrade avendo pagato per una stanza migliore e senza ricevere un dovuto compenso dopo esserci dovuti spostare e spostare tutte le nostre cose. Struttura bella e nuova. Pochi servizi e personale poco brillante o presente.
