I didn’t like that when we arrived at the property check in was at 4:00pm, we’ve been driving for a couple hours just for us to get to the hotel at 5:00pm, when we arrived they told us our room wasn’t ready because they had too many checks outs that same day, well to make things worse, they didn’t give us our room till 8:00pm at night, I asked if they could accommodate us with anything, they said no. All they gave us was two $10 dollar coupons for a drink, they gave us the wrong room, I had booked ocean view, they gave us amusement park view, they told me they don’t offer ocean view rooms which is a lie, then they said they couldn’t move us because all their other rooms were full. The shower has not pressure, the ac unit is super loud.
