"The room 2was spotless. All basics like toiletries, coffee pot, fridge, sufficient towels, t paper art. We had a concern about a slow draining tub in the shower, which I reported before I left and information was recorded on the spot. Beds were fine, xtra pillows on the beds. Could walk to the Public EV chargers, a plus."

"We loved it here. I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer. It was so relaxing to sit on the dock with our coffee and muffins. Hope to stay here again."

"The room was great but unfortunately we stayed on a Monday night and there was little available locally for restaurants open. The bar and cafe onsite was also closed."

"Quiet despite being downtown; clean room although the bathroom area had a faint wet-dog odor. Everything else was nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay again!"

"Management was really nice, we had a little trouble getting into Grand Rapids. I called because we wouldn’t arrive till after 10:30 pm I left a voicemail and they got back to me and said they’d leave a key by reception. Really appreciate the staff for taking care of us. Thank you"
Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge

"Room was great! Comfortable, quiet, spacious, cute little patio with chairs. The only thing is that the Hotel/lodge is not attached to the casino. We had to ask someone that was outside where to go It is a short drive up a hill. There is shuttle service, but it was confusing upon arrival about where to go for checkout."
