“Was in town for a quick trip for a wedding. Perfect place to stay. M Mammoth distillery was just down the street for a nightcap. And it was lovely to meet Leo.”

“Great basecamp for ski weekend! Location is great and the space is exactly as described - clean, comfortable and well appointed. Had all of the stuff we needed for a family ski weekend.”

“The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new. Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room. When I contacted them a second time, they offered……

“I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance……

“My fiancee and I had a fantastic experience. Everything was fantastic -- it was very clean and cozy in the cabin. The owner was courteous and provided helpful information upon being asked. It's a nice area. We had everything we needed for our stay.”

“It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.”

“Great location just a few blocks from downtown. Many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable beds for a relaxing getaway. Also a great base camp for day trips throughout northern Michigan. We highly recommend and will book when we return.”
