We've been here twice and we really have enjoyed our stay. You can walk the beach for about a mile. A beautiful view of the water from the room balcony. The free breakfast is nice, nothing fancy but it's fine. Great hotel:)
It was my first time staying in Traverse City since I was a child. We stayed 12/29-12/31, so we basically had the place to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was very welcoming after long days shopping downtown. Breakfast was great as well. The only reason I marked it down for comfort was because there's ...
Comfortable, quiet, nice hotel with beach in back. Wonderful bar and restaurant in hotel that is very affordable, nice variety and fun atmosphere! This hotel is right next to a fast road but we had no problem getting out to Sleeping Bear Dune and to the downtown shopping district. Would recommend ...
This is my second visit to Traverse City and this hotel is better than the previous one I stayed at. We got a room with king size bed and jacuzzi, and me and my boyfriend were both very satisfied with our room, especially the jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also, I enjoyed the ...
Nice comfortable rooms, polite staff, great entertainment, great beach area & bar, within walking distance to shopping, breweries, food & downtown Traverse city. We will come back n
Yes, we are THOSE women who meet in Traverse City to unleash our pent up work/family/life stresses in one wine-fueled weekend. The Beach Haus has a perfect location on a beautiful sandy beach with a retro vibe and modern updates. Staff was welcoming and helpful - but maybe it was just our group...because ...
We stayed for two nights as a "little getaway." The staff was wonderful and accommodating to my request of my room to be located near the pool and breakfast area, due to my difficulty to walk.
Great location on Lake Michigan provides beautiful sunset views. Clean, comfortable rooms and ample parking. Very nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Friendly staff.
Older hotel, chipped paint all over, dead bugs, AC in room was way too loud and there was a peice of hair on the pillow in the closest... Gross.. BUT overall our suite was Wonderful, cozy and peaceful. I Loved the view of the lake and the beach was super clean. Price was a little high, but worth ...
Staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable, only thing that surprised me was no hair dryer in the room and only a shower no tub. Other than that everything was very nice and would stay there anytime we are in the area.
This little motel was one of the cleanest stays we have had in a long time. The manager was so gracious and made us feel comfortable. Great location to Lake Michigan beach and dunes.
I stayed here for 2 nights during a Fall color trip. I couldn't have been more satisfied. The room was spacious, spotless and very well appointed. The furniture was very nice and the bedding was tasteful and comfy. The in-room Jacuzzi was a nice touch. The beach is steps away from the little patio ...
Nice hotel with comfortable beds and a big walk in shower. No shower door can make for a cool sshsowerwhich doesn't trap heat and steam. We really liked the decor of rustic wood simulated tile and vinyl plank flooring. The only real drawback was, without carpet, we could hear every move of furniture ...
A great stay for e price. Our room was updated with new paint and a new tiled shower. The towels were thicker and more luxurious The room had a refrigerator but it wasn't loud and didn't keep us up. Quiet night. Good stay for the money
The inn is near Suttons Bay. There is a great view of the lake and a small beach, with plenty of seating. The quality of the room didn't match the price for the room. The room was very shabby and looked half finished. Low quality linens, hair on the pillows when we arrived, a tub so old it was stained ...
For the price that you pay for this hotel, it was definitely disappointing. The room did NOT meet our expectations at all. Advertise free wifi link---couldn't connect, NOT enough room immentities to suit the price.
Good location - on the beach, near bike path, near downtown. Excellent restaurant and bar. Many nice features - pool, workout room, laundry. Very good staff.
