“Host did not provide access code to building. Hot tubs were falsely advertised (2 person in reality, 4 person pictures online). 3 of 5 guests got rashes from hot tubs. Lock on door malfunctioned several times. Otherwise the unit itself was great! Definitely not walkable to downtown though. 2 miles away. Another misleading in advertising…”

“We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return. ”

“I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance……

“The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.”

“This was a great place to stay. The unit was spacious for our family to relax. The location was very convenient! It was an easy walk to several beaches and the shopping and dining on front street, but set back just enough that it was still quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop in the evening and could even hear some live music from the heart of the town. ”

“The condo was very nice and extremely clean. It’s small but was perfect for the 2 of us. Communication with the property owner was flawless. We didn’t really do wine tasting. We did go to the School house winery on Mission point. We enjoy their wines. We did book a tour of the asylum. It was very interesting and informative. The Pleasanton bakery has delicious scones! We also had pizza at West End Tavern just outside Traverse. Highly recommend. There was a couple of packs of Higher Ground……
