We loved the property, the service, the staff.My kids enjoyed the pool. A bit bummed the pool closess a bit early and that there are no lights on the pool, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. We will definitely stay there again. The only uneasy part of it was the GPS took us i. Through the back streets and not knowing the area made us a bit unconsfortable to see a bunch a broke. mobil-homes parked along the streets.

Conveniently located. Spacious room. Best quality and pricing combination in Imperial Beach.

Excellent for out of town guests for our daughters wedding.

Overall, had a good stay. The location of the property made is extremely convenient getting around Gaslamp. Property was clean and the staff were great. There were a couple of issues that prevented me giving them 5 stars that I’ll elaborate on. 1) When I called the main the desk to get some additional towels delivered, I was put on hold for quite some time, probably a good 30 minutes. Not sure if they were short staffed or just forgotten about but those things leave a sour taste when it comes to hospitality. Eventually, we just tracked down a maid and grabbed towels from them. 2) We were given a ADA room, which was probably the only room they had available at the time we checked in (1:45PM). It wasn’t a bad thing but the bench inside the tub made it very inconvenient to shower since it took up nearly 1/2 the tub. Other than those things, I would probably stay here again and get a regular room.

The location is why my review is 4 stars. The pool area is really nice. It was okay for $250 ($20 parking). We went for the view/sunset…one night away. It is an older building so it does show its age. They are remodeling…unfortunately the room next to us was one of them. They start at 8 am. The bed was terrible. We couldn’t connect to their internet. The staff was nice.
