Clean room, excellent staff

When I arrived the room was humid. The weather was very hot so I understood the rooms were going to be humid but the sheets on both beds were damped. I called room service and they were very fast to change the sheets. Later that night at 2AM the fire alarm in our room kept going off waking up m entire family. The fire alarm in our room would go off every 20 min, when I called front desk the lady was not sure why the fire alarm was only going off in my room. We were given the option to change rooms about 4 room down and I had to get my family up and packed to move rooms at 3AM! Once we settled in and laid down to go back to bed we were still able to hear the fire alarm from our old room! It wasnt as loud but we were still able to hear it from the room. My family and I were very tired from a sleepless night. Upon checkout we did request to speak to a manager regarding the long night we experienced and we were just offered a voucher to the marketplace.

Great location to stay. On property restaurant fantastic. Pool area perfect. Complementary boat tour a huge plus.

Had a great time, but the balcony door was very hard to open and close and the air conditioning was hard to regulate. That being said the staff was wonderful.
