San Diego Kid friendly Vacations

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. We booked for 2 days and were informed the day of checking in that they had a scheduled power outage, that they knew about well in advance and did not inform us prior to booking and was not on their website. We saved up to stay here…I’m still waiting for my refund for one night stay. Paradise point is expensive as is, so to not be able to enjoy the full experience was upsetting. The price to stay here is way too expensive as is and that’s not including dining/breakfast or renting the bikes. Not worth it, won’t be staying here again.

I felt like it was a good and clean hotel. I was surprised that it had a coin operated laundry room which is very rare at hotels. Didn’t need to do any laundry but I appreciated that it was there. Loud but working air conditioner. Provided shampoo, body wash, etc. wasn’t ideal because you literally had to work at it get any useful amounts to be used. On top of that it wasn’t very good quality, more water than useful product. Best to get your own supplies before arriving at the hotel. Breakfast was good not a huge selection but it was breakfast stuff than silly stuff like pastries. Overall I would have given it like maybe 8.5 out of 10 stars but at the last minute I was a bit upset by what I was told. I was not expecting a tax on the daily parking. I don’t have a problem with the tax, I was upset that I wasn’t told about the tax on the day I checked in. For this I drop the rating of 7 out of 10. Over all it was fine.
