Very pet friendly. Beautiful rooms. Great staff yard activities and common rooms have music and games coffee and fresh water. Close to town stores. Very friendly and welcoming community we enjoyed the sumner festival and food. Our car broke down and the Lennox police department was excellent in helping us. I recommend this quaint .cozy Beautiful hideaway and town i feel refreshed and relaxed.

Great location! Fun place to stay, lots of space for your group to hang out inside and out. We stayed in Family room- the king bed was super uncomfortable. Sent the inn an email but didn’t get any type of response. Guest service needs work.

Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night.

The bed very comfortable. There were no staff to attend to rooms. Not maid service or towels. The bathroom had a claw bathtub shower which was very challenging to enter and exit. No hand rails to assist entering tub. Had vending machines for snack.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean. The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand. I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future.

This place has good vibes, design is excellent! Playroom has a foosball, mini ping pong table, a lot of board games, piano, an excessive collection of vinyl disks, chess and so much more! A room was nicely designed, cozy and small. The only suggestion is to add a few shelves in the room and in the bathroom - there is no place to put your toiletries. There is a free coffee machine in the common area which was a nice touch. Morning coffee on a rocking chair on a porch was priceless! There are some things that could be fixed or improved here and there, but overall we had a very good time!

The Hideaway Inn is located ideally to walk to the lovely town of Lenox and right up the road from Tanglewood Music Center. It’s a lovely older property that has been well maintained with abundant period pieces. All good, so far. We arrived to find no greeter or hotel employee. Check in was automated. There in no elevator so these two seniors were left hauling their luggage up two floors of tricky stairs. Our room was small and there was one desk chair and a scarcity of horizontal surface to put things down on. In our three days there, I saw one housekeeper. Requests in the designated spaces on the door tag were ignored. No amenities beyond soap and towels. Another sad example of corporate cost-cutting! We will not return.
