We arrived at the hotel sign at 6:30 am. We waited until someone pass by the callejón to ask where the hotel lobby was ,i asked if We could check in early and he said no that They were completely full that we had to wait until 3 pm to check in there is no lobby To sit we fell asleep sitting on a chair for 2 hours,we walked downtown’s main square And booked an activity to go to Dolores Hidalgo and San Miguel Allende at 10:30am. We went back to the hotel to get Something from our suitcase as we were Waiting a couple came to the reception desk to check in and they also ask about early check in and they said YES to them for a FEE of 800 pesos , at the time I didn’t say anything because we had to go to our trip, We came back at 7 pm. And our luggage was still in the same place where we left it A different person was at the desk still no room I had to show identification again to be checked in again we finally got help to our room after a steep walk and 35 steps we got to our room in the 3rd floor the very Top, we didn’t leave because we were to tired, next morning we went to breakfast at The hotel which was very good, I booked The Holliday In express at Silao, I told that because of my high blood pressure I couldn’t stay in the room he never offered a Different room to accommodate us so we left, I never mentioned to him the reason we were leaving was because he didn’t offer us early check in. He told us the hotel was completely full that we had to wait until 3pm, Txs

Very kind and helpful staff - they helped locate my cell phone left in the taxi within about 30 minutes! They are woderful: Marco, Doris & Andres! Food was also excellent. Location in the heart of the historic district was convenient. One minus: there is a dance club across the street and the base beat of the muisc permeated our street side bedroom until about 2:00 am on a Sunday. Recommend getting a room away from the street on the weekends, Club closed on Monday and all was quiet. Otherwise great place!.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, vale 100% la pena, está en muy buen estado aunque se siente ya un poco deteriorado, las camas son firmes pero en general bien Como comentario, si llevas carro el estacionamiento de ellos está como a 10-15 min dependiendo el tráfico, es gratis pero tienes que pagar taxi/uber cada que lo recojas o lo dejes, ellos no lo hacen por ti
