“The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. “Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. “Nice room with friendly staff and great AC. The breakfast was good as well. In our room, the light was blue for some reason which was pretty inconvenient, it made it hard to see clearly at times? I’m not sure what that was all about. We never asked. Very convenient location for the pier, the beach and walking trail nearby, and dining options. We didn’t need it but they rent out snorkels and bikes at reasonable prices as well.”

El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).”
