“We booked two suites for three nights and paid the maximum fee, but the hotel assigned our rooms to others at a higher price, giving us only a very basic room at a lower price. This hotel is extremely deceptive, presenting different pictures to guests for booking, only to give guests completely different rooms with inferior facilities and environment upon arrival. “Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……

“Property in poor condition, quite old, bathroom was stinky I am not sure if from sewage but it was bad smell whole trip. I heard every step from above and next neighbor, i could hear what they speaking, the walls were like paper. It was quite noisy (noisy neighbors). There were beetles in my room that bit, i found also some 2 insects crawling under bed not sure what it was. Breakfast was fine. Super unhappy learning that if i want to pay by credit cars, they add 5%to my bill- this should have……
