“There was blood in all three rooms we had booked. The walls were dirty with handprints, the plumbing was leaking, the A/C was not working correctly, and the breakfast tasted moldy and sour.”

“The room was very cold the first night. We went to reception and requested one blanket. We were refused. The blankets were very thin and there was not enough. The 2nd night the room was very warm even though the a.c. was on. We were going to ask for a fan but did not since we were refused a blanket the prior night. If we come again we will bring our own. The staff that we encountered were very friendly. We enjoyed the live music each night of our stay. The Waterpark itself was very kid……

“Communication was a problem. When checking in the clerk gave us a key to a room and we opened the door and it was already occupied. Next, he gave us a key for a room on the second floor with 2 queen beds and no working fridge (also, the beds were made up with the sheet on the outside of the bed on top of the blanket, with no spread on top stranger.) The third key he gave us was to a room with a king bed and working fridge which is what was ordered, so we took it. It is a good thing that we were……
