If you want to stay in a central location, this one fits the bill. It is an older hotel with no elevator and overpriced for what was provided. From the moment we walked in, we had several issues...we waited 10-15 min just to be able to get into our room and it was after check-in time when we arrived. Then we got to the room after a very hot trip from Tunis and wanted to shower, but there were no towels in our room. We called down and they told us they would be brought up soon. We had to call again and waited over an hour to receive towels which should should have been a basic thing in the room. We also had no blow dryer provided and apparently there was only one in the whole hotel, but two days later they bought some new ones. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and our rooms were never cleaned over three nights. There was also no water or basic bathroom toiletries provided in the rooms which seems crazy to me at $100 a night. Staff, particularly the women, were none too friendly or helpful. There was also a definite language barrier, so don't expect English. The highlight was the breakfast that was included. Was disappointed all around.

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.

amazing location, most staff are really nice, plenty of food verity only when things dont go to plan do staff strugle to get things done. we had aircon leak though out the stay
