“Se ve que las fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, pues el hotel ya no se parece mucho con el aspecto actual; aunque reservamos 3 habitaciones, nos acomodaron en solo 2 habitaciones, faltaban toallas, bajé por ellas y no tenían, me pidieron esperar para que llegaran de la lavandería, faltaban sábanas y cobijas, no había un solo vaso, a pesar de que las habitaciones tienen cocina. Nos fuimos pasando la primera noche y pues como era de esperarse, no obtuvimos reembolso por la noche faltante. El……

“Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors……
