The location of the hotel was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. However be aware the street does not have car access, and no parking options. The self check in and out worked well, and we had clear communication with the online front desk service. This is an older building which means its lacking some amenities travelers may be accustom to, Limited outlets, our shower had one temperature...quite hot and the noise from other guests can be heard easily given the older structure. For one night in Quebec City it fit our needs.

Everything is perfect

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Corbin and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Québec City. The staff were one of the biggest highlights of the hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth, and communication in English was never an issue. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft while still providing excellent support, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The room was also very quiet at night, so we weren’t disturbed by outside noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the hot water was reliable, and I really appreciated that the shower water pressure could be adjusted to my preference. Our room also came with complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The location is another major advantage. We were able to spend about three hours walking around the city and conveniently return to the hotel afterward. There are countless restaurants nearby, so you’ll never run out of dining options. Convenience stores are a little less common, but the nearby ones are open 24 hours, which was still very convenient.

All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!
