The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The cleaning of the rooms should be included, its very unsatisfying to come back to an unkept room especially on vacation, the maintenance of the resort is not being maintained since we were without electricity for an entire night making it incredibly difficult to get rest during the night due to the heat in the room. From my experience no guest should ever know when there is a problem with any establishment there were no back up generators to provide power to the resort, it was even impossible to get hot water for tea, ice for juice or water and no water in the room to shower. I can’t say that I will return to Jolly Beach but the island I will revisit." During this period we've stay at this hotel about 9 times. When we first started coming here, there was an active bar/restaurant. Through the years they closed it so if you have to get a meal or drinks you'll have to go to the sister hotel which is on the beach. Although their televisions have not work the last 3 times we've stayed here, we still chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport so don't spend you're money in transportation. From this hotel to the beach its an 8 minutes walk and a $6 per person ride each way. The staff are amazing!!!!! Very helpful and attentive. I just got back home and I'm planning my next trip out there."
