“The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. “The room was not fancy, almost utilitarian, but clean, functional, and properly prepared. The only issue was a leaking tub spout, but for the price, who really cares? I’ve stayed in other hotels for 3 times the price with the same overall experience. If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect. I rarely write reviews but this was notable in being an awesome value.”

“Easy to find and plenty of parking. Very quiet - away from any busy streets. Close to our reunion site. Plenty of amenities: fully equipped kitchen (with some food!), welcome package, laundry, and lots of sleeping options and other spaces. ”

“Perfect for our needs. Close to Snow College. Big parking space in back of house with motion lights at back door. Thoughtful little touches - shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers, plenty of soap, toilet paper, and makeup wipes - I love that! Barbecue and cute little bistro table to sit at out back. Nice big comfy couch to lounge on. TVs with Roku. Big kitchen. Lots of counter space. Kitchen table. Stools at counter. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener sheets to use.……
