“We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility……

“Beautiful accommodation! We had a very relaxing week with the family — everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We enjoyed lovely walks in the surrounding area down to the River Tamar, and it was a great base for day trips to the coast or Dartmoor. Highly recommended! ”

From the start, communication with Chris was excellent—he was incredibly accommodating and even let us look around the house a few weeks before our booking, which really helped with planning.The house itself is fantastic: spacious, beautifully located, and ideal for a big group like ours.
