It was ok. Not what I thought. Staff was nice but did not follow through. The lock at the top of the door ( attached to the door and the wall beside it) broke off in my hand and the piece screwed into the wall was falling out. Brought it to the desk and the man said they would take care of it. We never saw anyone nor did it get fixed. No one told me they have breakfast food in the lobby in the morning either. Found that out when I checked out. They should change the name. There is no conference center nor is there a restaurant there. Very disappointed.

First off I asked the front desk to have them clean my room to just change my bed and towels and trash. They said OK they would send someone as I’m in my room I’m changing and they just walk in my room. They do not knock and I was changing, so they close the door and kept knocking I told him hold on. I was changing in the hallway and very unprofessional. You was not supposed to open my door. I was literally undressing that’s not OK to make excuses as to why it was OK it was not they went Into my room so my kids went to the pool. We came back upstairs to grab something. We forgot they did not clean my room and they left my door open with my personal belongings in there. I would like a refund.

The pictures online are very deceiving! The whole place is rundown and dirty. The room smelled horrible like they tried to cover up a bad smell with a deodorizer. I pulled down the sheets and found the tv guide sheet in between the sheets and also dirt. The towels and bath mat had stains on them. The shampoo container they give you looked like half of it had been used and they just left the half empty bottle for us. No soap for the bathroom sink. The restaurant and bar were also closed down. The only positive thing I can say is that the AC worked. Spend a little more and stay somewhere down the street!

The beds were very comfortable! The Tv worked great ! Hot tub not clean and jets were not working , pool was beautiful no chemicals or filtering ! The breakfast was not, coffee sucked . We made the best of it for the price front desk was friendly other person couldn’t speak English found a marijuana bile in bed drawer! Such a beautiful building dining is closed. Bar is closed. The Ritz is closed. This is not a Ramada Inn.

The property people were direct and to the point but the place had pealing paint and spots on the ceilings everywhere. Window was dirty sheetz were dirty. Housekeeping dosnt come in at all while you stay there. There breakfast is just toast and fast gas station type pick ups tiny ones and one per person. It needs some work for the price they are charging a night. Also husband found needles and stuff around the parking lot outside..... the hot tub waa grimy and didnt look clean. Pool was always super cold and rocks around it were loose and hurt feet. Fridge barely got cold idk ot was a bed to sleep in thats all i gotta say

The gentleman at the desk was helpful, finally finding us a room where the door would lock. Door leading to the parking lot was smashed. Someone trying to get in, or more likely trying to get out. Bathroom was filthy. Room smelled terrible due to overuse of air fresheners. I initially chose it because I figured what could be wrong with a motel with the name Ramada. Plenty apparently. Obviously I didn’t go down far enough in the reviews. I’ve been an Expedia customer for years but I’m very disappointed that Expedia would allow such a place to remain in their listing. My suggestion would be that Expedia drop this listing if it wants to keep its customers SAFE and HEALTHY

The property is poorly maintained, dirty and run down. AC was off when we entered our room on a 95 degree day. No elevator. No soap in bathroom. Smells like a combination of incense, tobacco and dirty water. Better to stay down the street in a cleaner hotel.
