“All good as usual when visit the town every year.”

“Great breakfast and the restaurant foods were very good. The room is small and no elevator, no electric kettle to make hot water.”

“No AC, which was tough in the heat. Dreadful location. ”

“Checkin war enttäuschen - angeblich automatisiert via Computer, klappte aber nicht. Mögliche Anfrage zur früheren Anreise war nicht möglich. Zimmer war gut, mit schöner grossen King-Size Matratze. Was aber Grund für die schlechte Bewertung war, daß sich das Zimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließ und man durch die Sonnenstrahlen um 5 Uhr in der Früh aufgeweckt wurde - das ging gar nicht. Leider ist das Hotel, wie vieles in dem Ort, nicht auf nicht tschechischsprachige Reisende eingerichtet:……

However, the self-service registration process could be enhanced. With the presence of staff to aid guests in check-in and escort them to their rooms will be better.”

“The hotel is quite basic but adequate for a couple of nights. The number code to access the room is convenient but an internal lock would have made me feel more secure. The free mini bar was great but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have been even better. The breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was barely warm and no microwave oven is available. Overall, I was happy with my stay.”

“Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. Ottimo ringrazio……
