“Checkin war enttäuschen - angeblich automatisiert via Computer, klappte aber nicht. Mögliche Anfrage zur früheren Anreise war nicht möglich.
Zimmer war gut, mit schöner grossen King-Size Matratze.
Was aber Grund für die schlechte Bewertung war, daß sich das Zimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließ und man durch die Sonnenstrahlen um 5 Uhr in der Früh aufgeweckt wurde - das ging gar nicht.
Leider ist das Hotel, wie vieles in dem Ort, nicht auf nicht tschechischsprachige Reisende eingerichtet:……

Da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, sind die oberen Zimmer für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ungeeignet.
