I was solo traveler but the room I got was a family room which 2 single sofa beds was left opened middle of the room. It was looking like a dorm and no place to walk around. When I asked to concierge, he said I got to an upgrade to family room. Good evening said if I want to change , he could give me another room. I didn’t ask to change because I was already in the room and needed rest immediately. This should have been asked when I was at lobby , not when I m in the room already. There were bugs in the bathroom. Toilet paper was less than half left and there were no sugar near the coffee machine. I found later in the closet. Overall, for 300 per night Hilton hotel turn out a mediocre hotel which is outdated, ugly, looking like a hostel/dorm. Shuttle driver saw I was holding an orange and told me not to eat in the shuttle. Like I’m a kid he is warning.
