When we stayed here, the show drain did not work and the entire bathroom was flooded. The owner refused to give is a refund and it ruined our entire trip. There also is no staff after hours and nobody to contact for help.

This is a very nice hotel located in a central area where many cool places are just walking distance. We had a great time here. Despite being located in a central area our room was very quiet. Special thanks to Catherine who works at the reception and was also our babysitter. She made our stay really wonderful

Very good hotel! Super friendly staff, AC, elevators, close to piazza magiore! The bed could be more comfortable but honestly that’s a minor detail. Great stay overall!
