It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.

This hotel was fabulous! The rooms were amazing, location is great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. We will 100% stay here again the next time we are in Bologna.

It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.

The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity outside. Nobody to reach out to fix the issue (until the day after). Both problems managed way below the acceptability threshold.

This hotel was fabulous! The rooms were amazing, location is great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group. We will 100% stay here again the next time we are in Bologna.
