"I was pleasantly surprised about how tasteful, clean and spacious my room was. Even the bathroom was large. And I loved the high ceilings. I felt like living in style! A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. In a completely quiet neighborhood. And it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. From there, water bus connections to downtown Venice, or directly to Venice airport, were very frequent and on time. All in all an extremely positive experience -- I shall be back!"

"We had one of lower floor rooms, recently renovated offered modern, clean accommodation with patio, which we didn’t expect. Bathroom was new modern with great shower! Room was basic, but perfectly sufficient - bright, clean, spacious with good beds (no sofa beds)! Hotel staff could have been more forthcoming with information - for example - Sunday bus service is limited, the usual V line does not operate on Sunday. "Seems a bit out of the way but nearby boat stop and water taxi to airport make it work. Nice large rooms, good restaurants anf cool pool on roof, good lid nearby restaurants. It’s large and rooms are a bit circuitous to find but one of best values in Venice!!! "
