Horrible I'm going to request my money back. They don't have a Valet parking, My room was not the one that I reserved, wen I called to see what happened, they told me that they don't have any other room available, but I was never notified about it. And the he start asking me about my immigration status, I told him that that is not his business and then he said that it was in order to not charge me taxes for the room. I was never notify of any extra charges at the counter. They only told me that everything was cover by Expedia, so I said that I will not pay anything extra since I was never notify about that during the check in. And then the person over the phone treat me saying "will see", so at that point I asked for his supervisor, and he said that there is no supervisor at the hotel, they will come in the morning. I couldn't believe that the whole hotel there was no supervisor available, they tols me that they can only transfer me with security... Unbelievable.
