The only hotel I stayed at that had tissues! Apparently Peru doesnt use tissues in hotels or mostly anywhere. This one had a box and for that I am greatful. Nicely maintained property and nice staff!
Overall, we had a very good stay at QP Hotels Lima! We booked the Deluxe Suite and were glad we spent the extra money for the larger room and beds. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a small kitchen area, silverware, and a great refrigerator with a freezer.
The staff spoke limited English but were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having security at the entrance, especially when ordering food delivery—they would have the driver wait outside, which felt safer.
Breakfast was pretty good and changed daily. I recommend going right when it opens because the food was much fresher. 😂 One morning, we went closer to closing and the French toast had apparently become garlic toast!
The bathroom was a good size and clean, with good water pressure. Just note that the shower is in a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower.
The only downside was the TV remote. It was very slow to respond, and we had the same issue in both rooms. We could still use YouTube, but it took several clicks for the TV to respond.
Overall, everything was clean and comfortable, and I would stay here again. Definitely spend the extra few dollars for the Deluxe Suite—the extra space and larger beds are worth it!
The hotel was in a good location, within short, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores. Convenient, clean, and quiet location.
Staff are super helpful and wanted to make my stay comfortable. It has everything I needed. The hotel is on a street that is not too busy as others, but I felt safe at all times. It is in a super walkable area, with lots of dining options.

Breakfast very good most of the days, room needs some maintenance, such as the sink drain, power outlets too loose and noisy air conditioning.
The hotel is located in a good Central place. The only thing I can complain about is that the jacuzzi was out of service during winter, which I booked this hotel for that.
THe SouRoom Soundproofing could be better. The Swimming Pools is more like a Paddle Pool. That said its neat & tidy Business type Hotel with Great Staff & a good Central Location in Miraflores..
Nice room; modern and clean. Room was spacious with kettle, tv, bottled water and usb sockets. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was nice, not a huge choice but enough to get the day started! Coffee machine available 24/7 in reception.
Unfortunately roof top hot tub was not functional, and indoor pool looked grubby so didn't use.
I was not overwhelmed with the friendliness of staff.
room was clean and tidy, was quite noisy so struggled to sleep, appeared to be construction going on until late, apart from the door man staff weren’t really around to get the free drink

Complaint
The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed, and I truly appreciated the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel. However, I must express disappointment with the breakfast service.
The dining room was very small, and it was overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, primarily focused on bacon-based items, which seemed unusual for a hotel of your caliber. As a guest, I would expect a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, especially at a 4-star establishment.
It is also uncommon to have to pay extra for an omelette at a hotel breakfast. This was a first for me, as even in smaller hotels or bed-and-breakfast establishments, they typically offer to prepare an omelette for you at no additional cost. I don’t believe this would be costly for the hotel, but it’s an important consideration for the guest experience.
I believe improvements in the breakfast offerings and the dining room setup would significantly enhance the guest experience.
I was also surprised by the lack of communication from the hotel staff. During my stay, I encountered agents who didn’t speak a word of English, which felt a bit unusual and impersonal. Clear communication is an important part of a positive guest experience, and I believe speaking English in a such high rated hotel would have made a big difference.
Great breakfast. pool, hot tub and sauna available. Centrally located in a safe, walkable area. Seawall 5 blocks away as well as lovers park. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Clean, well stocked rooms.

Good for the price. Booked three rooms and every room had its own issues. Two rooms decided to check out early and go to a different hotel but all and al not bad and a good location. Beds weren’t very comfortable
The staffs were very welcoming and helpful but we need to use Google translate to communicate.
Our bedroom has 2 queen size beds and they have heavy odor on pillows, comforter, and bed covering. They definitely need a completed replacement. The Bathroom door was making loud noise when tried to close it.
