“Good location for Limoges centre. Car park is great though would have helped to know where the entrance was. Reception staff helpful and the restaurant food was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised that hotel and restaurant staff do not wear a uniform or even badges so hard to identify who was staff. The waitress at breakfast seemed preoccupied and irritated by our presence. We attended at 8.40 and breakfast was served until 10am so we were not late.”

“Easy parking at the property right outside, quite a climb up the stairs with suitcase would be tricky if you had mobility issues but there is a stair lift although I’m not sure if it works or is for guests. The old floors are lovely to see although rather uneven. The room was really warm even with no heating on, needed the fans that were provided and must be crazy in summer. Bedrooms a reasonable size although not much storage if you were staying a long while. Decent kitchen area with most……

“Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost……
