Obvious Expedia bookers are put in crappy rooms as a punishment - a couple snide remarks confirmed my suspicion. Don’t do business wiith Expedia if you don’t like it. I wouldn’t have known about your place if not for them. Pay a lot more for the ocean view room or don’t book. Clean and comfortable bed.

This place is so overrated in all aspects. First, check in is at 4, got there at 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready. When we finally got in, it didn’t even smelled freshly clean, it looked like they spent no more than 5 minutes cleaning it. All the mirrors were smeared, there was still sand in one of the toilets, like it wasn’t even wiped down, tv in room had hand prints on it (guessing from little kids), night stand had cup marks still from previous guests so I had to wipe all of them. The whole room didn’t close to the pictures on Expedia, everything looked and smelled old. All the cupboards in kitchen and baths were sticky and just looked dirty, they just do a terrible job at maintaining them. Their sofa and ottomans look so old too. Their breakfast is continental breakfast and not buffet breakfast. We spend one night only because it was already late to go look for another hotel and they were going to charge us a fee for late cancelation. I just weren’t recommended it to anyone, specially at the rates they have.

If you ever stay at this place , dont stay on the first floor as because , the grass will block your ocean view , they have very good free breakfast and at 5pm they have claim chowder everything ok dont stay on the first floor

Beautiful room, great view of ocean, nice lanai. Good location, quiet, good breakfast. Could have used a desk in the room. Did not receive service on the room, learned we have to request but was not informed of that when checking in. Didn’t receive new towels even when I did request, they were short staffed as common in most places. But overall we enjoyed the room and would stay again.

Nice and clean, very small, when staying over there was no maid service, no clean towels, soap etc.. breakfast was good. It was off the highway so it was quiet. All in all nice hotel.

We had an amazing two night stay. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with two bathrooms. The salmon chowder served in the evening was some of the best we've had.
