Room was dirty, bed was wet, floor was wet, window was open and on the ground floor, cigarette ash and butts on floor and bed, room smelled horrible. Got moved to a room on the second floor and the window was open there as well and led out onto the front entrance covering, they didn’t have the tool to close and secure the window, only to get it almost all the way closed. Staff on duty did the best she could considering the situation but overall would never stay there again.

This will be the last time I stay at this location, I paid 179 for one night. In a hotel that is normally 60 a night. That is on me. I know it’s peek season. But the beds need up graded bad, there is no air conditioning or fans, there is 0 toiletries, it is a non smoking hotel that remakes of smoke and a dog barked all morning long from about 4 am to 10am when we left.

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was on a steep slope and made it difficult to access facility while handling suitcase and bags. The back door card lock didn’t work and door was supposed to be kept open to access the elevator for the first floor, but most of the time it was closed.

The parking on one side is so steep that your car door could fling open and hit another car. You could also lose stuff out of your trunk and roll down hill away from you. You can hear everything in hallways outside of your room its very very loud. They put people with dogs and children on 3rd floor, people with allergies on 2nd and ADA people on 1st floor. The was kind of clean if you have bare feet they will get very dirty. Also found lots of risidual human hairs here and there. Not sure if top comforters get washed after each guest? No coffee maker in room and have to buy shampoo n conditioner out if vending machine if you forget some. Front desk stuff were very friendly though. Also bed frames are made from a hollow sounding metal type frame if you acvidentally kick it, its like a chinese gong. Very poor sleep quality guests are very noisy and dont seem to be concerned if theyre loud in hallways passed 10pm and you can hear guests doors slamming hard. If youre looking for good rest bring ear plugs and noise canceling devices because you wont get any.
