The hotel is in a great location, however, it is incredibly outdated. The couch and the chair cushions were so dirty that I had to cover them towels before I would sit on it. Furniture old and wearout. NEEDS HELP The staff was friendly. THE only thing is location.

Elevator was broken for my disabled mother. No one checked us in for 30 minutes, when she walked out she was on a personal call. And rude to me I wouldn’t recommend at all. Not worth the money.

Cable went out the first day of our two day stay. Tv still wasn’t working when we left. Pipe burst in the hotel and we were without water for a couple hours. Late opening for breakfast the first day so we had to leave before they opened. Just needs a renovation. But it was a nice quiet stay in a great spot

I love the view even though we didn’t have a balcony. The staff is very nice and helped us store our paddle boards so we didn’t have to lug them up 3 flights of stairs! Breakfast could use some protein and staff to help set up. The poor front desk lady was trying to do desk duty and set up breakfast at the same time.

The rooms in this hotel are sub standard the furniture is stained and torn the coffee table had a cigarette burn in it. It was a non smoking room. I would never stay there again. Booked a 2 night stay only stayed for one and it cost me over 400.00. They only refunded me 189.00 out of over 600.00.

Staff were a no-show for breakfast, which was supposed to be included. There was no staff at check-in either, which understandably prompted a lot of confusion. This is no way to manage a property.

The location for the price was excellent. Loved the bay and the water view. The furniture is very tired and could use an update. ie…broken coffee table, stained sofa and chairs. The room was surface clean but if you took anytime and looked closer you would see that it needed a good clean. ie…hair on the bathroom wall and in the vent that did not belong to us. The staff was a bit overwhelmed but friendly if a tad derogatory about the fact they were overworked. We enjoyed the ability to walk to coffee, MO’s, food trucks and the market.

I liked the convenience of this property to watch fireworks and have close beach access. I think the price was high compared to value. I did not care for Oyo continuously calling me- trying to get me to pay over the phone. That was bombarding and sketchy as I had my reservation set up to pay on arrival. They even threatened to cancel my reservation if i didn't pay within 2 hours on the day of. 1 staff member was condescending in their attitude during check-in.
