Balcony is kinda scratchy, rails are rusted almost all the way through, tables at the fire pits where on their last legs.. one fell apart when my wife an I sat on it. Nothing has really been updated in years..

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints. This hotel is worth ever penny. The location is right on the water. We always make sure to book a room facing the water with a balcony facing the water.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk. Then a man came from outside and we were asked why did we show up two hours before check in? When we came back an hour before check in many people were checking in. Then we were denied our room in which we prepaid because our card wasnt wasnt working and they needed x amount of money for a tax and a down n case of charges. They refused a large some of cash and was sending us away. I asked to speak with manager and he said he was one. The badge didnt say he was though. Someone saved the day. But it was very disappointing.

First off, i love that it was directly on the beach. When we checked in, staff was helpful and friendly! However, thw rooms were just plain outdated, the rooms were so so, thw shower and shower head were just TINY and the water pressure sucked!!! Was disappointed that the room had no AC so we slept with the aliding door open all night just to get it a little cooler in the room. And dont get me started about the bed!!! SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!! The bed was ..as...hard...as...a....ROCK!!!!!!! A little updating and it could be a very quaint place! But overall, thank you for the nice littlw getaway for my family!
