Many of the hotel guests thought nothing of yelling in the hallways -- not just kids, but also their parents. I don't know if staff informed them of keeping their voices down. The facility itself is just average, and the room had this odd configuration of sink with the hand soap dispenser far away at the other end of the counter. But the main negative is the breakfast room, which is too small for the number of rooms. The food itself was below average, and it was dispensed by the kitchen, so you only got what they dished out, which wasn't much: scrambled eggs and two small sausage links. No yogurt, unhealthy cereal options, and substandard bread for toasting. Mealy apples and pulpy oranges.

Horrible service, check in time was extremely delayed. Room was not adequately cleaned. The actual establishment looked way worse in person than online. Also got over charged and after waiting for a day to get in contact with the manager they refused to refund to overcharge. I will never stay here again and hope they get shut down as soon as possible. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

Horrible experience! I booked 2 rooms to stay 1 night 2 weeks ago. It was the first night of our family road trip. Expected for the late arrival so I left a message about it via Expedia message to make the rooms ready. Arrived around 11 pm and noticed one of the rooms was not cleaned at all. It was a total mess. No housekeeping at all. The second room was cleaned but not good enough. Found stains in the sink and food crumbs in the microwave. Front desk staff told me he could get me the refund. Where could I go at 11pm when the town was totally sold out? Booking was made 2 months before and fully paid. At least the desk staff cleaned the room himself. It took an hour to get the room around midnight... Of course the cleaning was not perfect but he tried anyway. Mattresses are old and needs to be upgraded. He said the room was ok in their system. They need to check their operational processing definitely. Never go back again.

This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The noise was from children- no fault of hotel. Our only complaint would be that the floor was dirty and sandy.

We were originally placed in room 130 which the staff talked up so much about how it was one of their best rooms. The fist night was a sleepless night due to the constant slamming of the door to the parking lot/dog area combined with sharing a wall with the laundry room which was very noisy! We asked if they could move us, which they were very kind to do after not being sure they could. There was no manager working the weekend. The second room was on the second floor and we slept better, but it was still pretty noisy with all the barking dogs in rooms surrounding us. Our room was not cleaned in between days. When we asked about this around 5pm after returning from being out all day, we were told you need to track down a house keeper between 11-4 to ask them to do it or ask for clean towels etc. Lucky for us, a house keeper was still available and we were able to get clean towels! The breakfast was not very good, we only tried it one day and decided to go elsewhere the rest of the mornings. We did enjoy the hot tub. Overall, not worth the money.

Place is really in need of updating. The laminate floors in our room was coming up , the way too soft . It looks much better in the photos. We were by the pool and apparently next the laundry room which woke up at 2 am with loud banging from their laundry machines. This is a very run down hotel and we won’t be recommending it.

The Staff is most all very friendly and nice. Lobby very clean. The pool was very dirty! Some one had wrote YUCKY on the scome on the blue tiles at edge of pool. There is also no House Keeping. Every day I had to put my towels and garbage out in the hall and then ask for clean towels and put new liners in garbage cans. You also need to make your own beds every morning, on the third day I ask at the front desk if we could get clean sheets and was told that THEY would bring then but I would have to make my own beds. There is nothing any where that told us this or I would not have booked a 5 night stay with them. The hot breakfast that is shown is a joke. Both waffle makers were out of order and eadh day when someone ask if they where going to be fixing (someone was suppose to be there the next day) to fix but after 5 day they were still out. Each day I would also have to stop at front desk to get coffee and cups for our room. The same day that I ask for sheets I had ask if they could at least sweep the floor (we are at the beach ya know) They never swept. The floor was so grity you could not walk around bare foot. It would be a okay place for one night.

Our stay was pleasant, fairly clean property, the room was clean when we first came it is a bummer that they won’t clean it for you your entire stay but I understand being understaffed. The waffle irons were out of order the whole time we were there so that wasn’t great and we went out to breakfast a lot. The pool was a salt water filter which is really nice because I am allergic to chlorine but I would have liked to see the areas around the pool a bit cleaner, there was a lot of hair and other random stuff everywhere. The property is nice, convenient and not far from the beach.

Our stay was pleasant, restful, good breakfast and everything needed after a long day of travel. The only minor problem we had was a barking dog in a nearby room (4-5 times) and dog hair in hallway carpet. I understand the need to bring pets on vacation because I have done that myself. If dog owners pay more for the experience then the extra fees should go towards extra cleaning required. A robot vacuum does not do an adequate job.
