We reserved 2 queen beds and 1st night when my husband was going to take a shower it was broken and we had to move to a new room. Only room available was king with a couch. The bedding had stains and probably hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. 2nd day we wanted to take our daughter to the pool but it was swamp green and definitely needed chemicals and a good cleaning. Did not enjoy our stay.
