There was a computer issue that the staff didn’t seem to have a work around. I’m sure it was not their fault but the need to keep your customers should be more important than using tech that has failed. Pen and paper still work.

Large, really clean room, quiet location, a couple were trying to check in with a dog when I was coming in. Location was close to gas, food, a "Dollar Store" and 1 exit away from my next day event.
