“Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very nice and helpful hosts. Hosts answered all questions and inquiries promptly - provided recommendations for the area. The place is clean and roomy, comfy beds, lots of towels..and it is darling - modern and stylish. Easy parking. If you don't want to be right in the downtown of Charleston, this is a great central location. The hosts are very helpful and super friendly...feel more like a guest in their home than just "staying at a property" .……

“We rented the property during our sons graduation. It is in the heart of downtown Charleston, walking distance to a lot. It has a soul restaurant literally 20 steps from it. It comes with the challenges of an old house, but at the same time it was quaint. It was very clean and has everything you will need. I would gladly stay again.”

“This was a great property to stay. Very quiet and clean. The t.v. Was set high up on the wall and for us the main bedroom the mattress was very firm. But everything was new and clean. An amazing backyard and kitchen”

There were restaurants, breakfast places and shopping all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The property is on the first floor of an older Charleston home with a nice little porch to sit on. Everything was as described and pictured. It's a very convenient location with multiple restaurant options within one block. Property was clean and maintained. The neighborhood was good for taking a walk. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. There are some minor concerns that a future renter needs to be aware of, mainly the noise of whomever is staying upstairs. You can hear……

“Staff was excellent- good location. I was on the second floor room 270 near the atrium -so noisy as the bar and other activities could be heard in our room. Our room had no decent lighting, and was minuscule. So dark and not a chair to sit on unless you went to the lobby area. Bathroom was spacious ”

“We had an overall nice stay but the hotel could use some updating . The staff was great especially Rochelle and Alisha . They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus. A shuttle to the airport would have made it better. ”
