There was a leak in our shower that had dry rotted the bathroom door. When I notified the front desk they sent someone to “fix it” when it was time to get my kids to sleep. Nice fixed it leaked more than previously. I kept asking for extra pillows for the pullout couch and never got them. They also ignored my request for linen and I had to hunt down a maid for them. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very nice.

Check in was 4pm. The room was not ready by 5:20. After talking to the front desk they finally got us a room at 5:30. No compensation was offered. Also the phone in the room kept ringing for no reason. We finally unplugged it. Not a great stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful in answering questions about the area. If I had to say one thing that we found very odd was the room felt very damp. The bathroom floor was wet and slippery and even the sheets had a dampness about them.

Not super clean…a little shotty work on the repairs. They appear to be making some Improvements to the rooms, but again, shotty work. Several outlets are not working in our room, the ironing board and iron were very dirty/torn. The area was okay…not a lot around but close enough to drive to downtown attractions easily. The front guest reception was very friendly and the downstairs was clean and inviting…the rooms not much.

Hotel was modern. Parking around hotel was limited but parking garage option was helpful. Room was very nice…you could tell it has been updated. Bathroom was a bit underwhelming, but overall it was a nice room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
